I have done a lot of research for these parts and want to know from people what they think and also where I can improve. I plan to use two gtx 780Tis in sli in the future. Will mostly be used for gaming and maybe some recording

is there any particular reason you have gone for the xeon cpu? why not a i5/i7? much better for gaming.
also have you thought about looking at different psu's? as corsair are not as good as they used to be, have you looked at seasonic, xfx ?
also change the 1x8gb of ram to 2x4gb of ram so you can run them together in the slots.
