How good is the Sapphire AMD Radeon R7 250X?

Hey guys so im getting a new graphics card for my pc and i was wondering how good it is(Sapphire AMD Radeon R7 250X 1GB GDDR5 DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort pci-e Video) Thats the card right there can this card run games like battlefield 4 in medium-High.Do i have to change the ram on my pc to get this or something cause my pc has 10 gb of ram and the processer on my computer is a AMD FX(tm)-6120 six-Core Processor with 3.50ghz.

Its more of a concern with the PSU. If this is a prebuilt computer that you bought from the store, you might have to consider whether it can support this card or not. Otherwise, I think you should be good to go. You might experience some rough drops in some areas. But overall, i think it might be alright.
