When i turn it on, instead of going into the bios it go's to a screen that says " Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selecting Boot Devive and press a key"

And then i Put in my flash drive that has a windows 7 .iso file on it

and then i restart it, and then it says "Remove disks or other media. Press and key to restart"

after pressing a key it just says the same two messages over and over again.

So im stuck, i need help getting it to work.

Thanks in advance

Go into bios and make the usb port the boot drive.

Turn off the pc and put the usb stick with the iso image on it into the usb port.

Turn your pc on again and it'll boot to the usb.

Boot your pc, keep pressing F1 which will let you enter the BIOS setting.
Go to "System Boot" or however it is mentioned in your bios and select your flash drive as the primary booting device (have the flash drive plugged in).
Then save settings and reboot.

On some systems, it can also be F2 or F10 to start BIOS.
I was recently fixing a clients' HP laptop and after several failed attempts of F1/esc/F2, F10 was the one that worked,
(other keys sent me to startup repair or recovery modes etc) On several occasions, have found that the f1-f2-f10-esc keys have mixed functions on different computers/laptops i get handed to repair

Try F2

It should say when the mobo screen comes up during boot.
