first off, here is my system :
Mobo-M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 , AMD 965 black edition deneb , 4 gigs CMD4GX3M2A1600C8 Corsair Dominator DDR3 , CMPSU-850HX Corsair Power supply 850watts HX series , WD Green 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, SATA III, 64 MB Cache ( brand new) , Cooler Master (RC-922) HAF 922 , Coolmaster hyper 212 evo , PCI Express X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Pro Series , HIS HD 5770 Fan 1GB (128bit) GDDR5 PCIe (DirectX 11/ Eyefinity) oh I am running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and also not overclocking, just at 1333 Mhz

The bluescreens are random & mostly during a download or when wife gets on FB.I didn't know much about it so i started reading and here is what i have done so far:
1. checked for viruses and found none
2. checked all my drivers and all were up to date
3. Ran windows Memory Diagnostics Tool 8 hours, Memtest 86 pro for 8 hours and also i ran Prime95 for 8 hours ; with 0 problems found on any tests.
4.checked my power supply and all is fine there
5. I also ran chkdsk on all my drives and found no problems and also re-installed windows on 2nd hard drive; after i disconnected main harddrive, and the same thing....bluescreen.
6 There is also no overheating problem, 31 mb & 35 cpu at idol and 36 mb & 42-44 cpu max under a load.all my voltages are good too .

Well , i really don't have any ideas other than trying to replace parts. Any suggestions or anything i missed ? :??: I am at wits end right now.

Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

7 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Consider configuring your system to produce a full memory dump for better analysis.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is actually responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

5 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. 2 third party drivers have been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

dxgmms1.sys (DirectX Graphics MMS, Microsoft Corporation)
luafv.sys (LUA File Virtualization Filter Driver, Microsoft Corporation)

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination the errors that have been reported for these drivers and include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions from users who have been experiencing similar problems.
