I need to update my mobo because my graphics card wont display untill the welcome screen on windows 7 also i need to update to oc my cpu because the current bios makes it impossible to over clock and i do not have the boot disc

Solution
Make a DOS bootable USB drive:

http://www.howtogeek.com/136987/how-to-create-a-bootable-dos-usb-drive/

Download and copy the BIOS Flash tool from Asus to the USB drive (Under BIOS Utilities, Phoenix Award BIOS flash tool version 1.20, you'll have to unzip as well):

http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&p=1&s=22&m=P5N-E%20SLI&os=25&hashedid=KyHOsOKWujC2QguJ

Download the most current BIOS (1406), under BIOS, same link as above.

Run the flash tool executable. Pretty straight forward from here.

I replied to his PM with that exact same instruction. It tells him how to use Asus EZ Flash 2 and/or Asus Update in Windows right in the manual. I had that same board and never had any problem updating my BIOS. But he refused to calm down long enough to take a look.
Now apparently he has tried it and had success with the BIOS update.
