So, since last weekend, I've been getting these random BSODs with the System Service Exception error. With multiple attempts at fixing, including using Norton Antivirus, Rolling my system back (which was a temporary fix), and Intel sending me new Video Drivers on coincidence, another blue screen took place tonight. (the first one since Tuesday) Everything is fine on Safe Mode, but I urgently need help. Here are my minidump files:

you got some compatabilty issue ... could start with a bios that needs updating or as simple as a driver needs to be removed and reinstalled or updated or wrong one. best to go back to when this started and look at changes that were made around that point and look at them --- was there a windows update- did you install a program- did you update a driver and so on

one thing it looks to me it may be vid-card driver related is this a AMD card you use ?? list your system specs.. motherboard cup OS and so on

well to start its hp them typs of prebuilt computers are not like the ones we use due to hp cause hp will use a locked bios and like the intel updates it may not except them if not from hp themselves as you can see
BIOS Version/Date Hewlett-Packard F.36, 12/15/2011

so hp wrote its own bios and you will have to conform to it

i now dont know what to say on this now cause anything i tell you can be wrong and wount work with the hp bios

sorry

I don't know much about this so someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I kept getting BSOD and after a few days of searching I came to find that it was a hardware issue not a software issue and I took out one of my sticks of RAM and my BSOD has never come back since. It was the RAM messing my PC up. Like I said I don't know much but you could give it a shot

well it could be makes sense ... will each stick work on there own? or is it just one of the 2 sticks work?.. slot failing? stick went bad? or some hardware issue causing this?? but still remember your not dealing with a custom board or build its just a hp [buy it -use it as is - starts having issues or gets old/out dated - throw in trash- buy new one

I plan on using MemTest and Driver Verifier to find out what issue is, because yes, I fear this may be a RAM issue. Not sure when I'll have time to do this (maybe Thursday?) but I will keep you guys posted. Thanks for all the help. More possible solutions would be appreciated.

Mainly these blue screens appear when attempting to open Skype, but they have also appeared when using my Torch Browser. So, this could just be a Skype issue, but I'll continue to test this week. I'll keep you guys posted.

could be remove the programs the cause the issues and see if the issue still reoccurs if not then it may have been the program. like folks using google chrome and have issues they get rid of chrome and the issues went away.. but one thing for sure you getting to learn some good trouble shooting over this ..

Exactly, I'll test multiple programs when I get home and I'll mess around with Skype. As of right now, Skype is the only thing causing the BSOD. It could still be a memory issue, especially if multiple programs cause the BSOD. At least the blue-screen isn't so random anymore.

Messing around w/ Skype right now and Windows is now calling Skype an "Incompatible Application." So, I'm going to uninstall and reinstall Skype and see if I can get it up and running again. As of right now, Skype is the only application that causes this error. I'll give you guys an update later tonight.

Well bad news, it's definitely Skype. I deleted Skype and attempted to reinstall it, and during that process, another BSOD. My computer restarts, and when I get to the desktop, another BSOD. I'm in Safe Mode right now and everything works fine. I really would like to use Skype, but I guess I will have to do without it. I'll give another update later.
