Power LED on, no boot.

Yes the CPU connector is in and yes the 24 is in. Everything else is unplugged. I am using one stick of ram and tried booting it in each slot, nothing. I'm running out of options.

No beep. Graphics has the connectors attached. Specs are a 1100 KW PSU, i3 3250, 1TB HDD, MSI 660 TI, ASUS P8Z77-V Mobo, 1 8GB ram stick 1600. I did a Bios Flash and again, nothing. Double checked the CPU if any pins were bent or any thermal paste was on it, nothing. And just for clarification, the MOBO light is on, but nothing powers up. So the Motherboard is getting power. And yes, the power switch connector for the case is in the right spot. I've done builds on the case and motherboard before, didn't have any issues until now.
