my gpu driver installed microsoft c++ 2010 and 2012 but i already installed microsoft c++ 2012 latest version .also it installed both 32bit and 64bit version but my windows is 64 bit.so can i uninstall the old versions of c++ (2010 and 2012 and also the x86 version)will it affect my gpu performance

Don't uninstall it. Whilst your OS is 64 bit not everything is 64 bit yet. Leave the 32 bit version alone. It doesn't matter if you have the latest version, you could be missing a part of it or it is corrupt, there is nothing wrong in having it installed by the drivers. It is a precaution in case your pc doesn't have it.
