How to setup black bars for CS GO with AMD GPU

Hello i want to play CS GO at 4:3 ratio with blackbars but i dont know how to set it up with my AMD GPU.

My GPU is AMD Radeon R9 290

AMD Control Center > Display properties > Maintain Aspect Ratio I believe.

Still stretched no black bars.

Oh and after i tried that theres something weird in my monitor its like a green color not too bright on the right side of my monitor

It's something to do with the gpu scaling. Try disabljng it maybe.

I honestly don't remember, maybe try each of the three bullets with gpu scaling enabled?

well it is fixed but the blackbars still not working. I tried the maintain aspect ratio, should i do something in game or?

Go to Game Graphics Settings.
Just Below or Above the resolution there is option to adjust the Aspect Ratio.
Select 4:3 and then select the desired Resolution.
