accessing slave router GUI

Dear Masters,
Kindly help me with my problem, I have searched the forum including the sticky "ULTIMATE MODEM / ROUTER SETUP" but cant find a solution, maybe im missing a simple thing. thanks

setup

switch is directy connected to modem / router
router 1 lan port is directly connected to switch
router 2 lan port is directly connected to router 1 lan port
dvr / cctv is directly connected to router 1 lan port
router 1 and router 2 has both disabled dchp in settings and getting ip address from modem / router

What I can do.
I can access the internet from all routers and modems
I can view the dvr locally when connected to router 1 and router 2
I can access the router / modem (192.168.1.1) GUI when connected to router1 and router2

What i WANT to do
I want to access the dvr (192.168.1.39) when im directly connected to modem / router (192.168.1.1)
I want to view my router 1 and router 2 gui without changing the default gateway to router1 and router2 IP address (192.168.2.2 ; 192.168.3.3)

Thank you for your response,

router 1 and router 2 has been changed to 192.168.1.2 and 192.168.1.3 respectively, now heres what i can do

I can now see router 1 and Modem Router GUI,whenever im connected to router 1 and router 2 but cant when im connected to modem/router

I cant see router 2 regardless of what router im connected to

I still cant see my local cctv conected to router 1 when im connected to modem / router but i can see whenever im connected to router 1 and 2
