So im looking for a good gaming PC one that can mod skyrim with about 40 mods and keep a steady frame rate of 30fps. Already got a monitor and im not looking for a good case just something that will fit my stuff in it. And I am australian if that makes a difference to any of the parts.

For Australia, for the future you are actually better of going for the FX 8320 with Gigabyte 970A-UD3/D3P with a Gigabyte Windforce 3X R9 290, That will be able to max out games better then the above listed and be more "future proofed".

good build but the gpu is to weak, Watch Dogs was a real eye opener for most of us even though the game wasn't actually ready but still a 280 is not good enough and I doubt he will be using this rig for Skyrim only, my 2cents minimum gpu should be r9 290 or gtx780, unless your willing to buy another gpu early next year because the one you have doesn't cut it

I understand, but austrailian prices are different than US prices and such. I had to compensate somewhere.

I also live in Australia, and The FX 8320 and R9 290 together is really the best performance bundle.

im from South Africa and I know what you mean, prices outside the States are high but if im going to spend that much money I rather push my budget a little
or go the route unknownofprob said, better to have amd cpu than to be held back by a weak gpu
