Overclocking CPU via Bios?

Change the multiplier to something reasonable, don't put it to the max just to see if it can. Look at what other people average on the cpu. Test to see if the CPU is stable, if not, then slowly back off in slow increments maybe 1 or 0.5, until it's stable. Avoid touching voltages if you can.

What do you mean by that? I have an i7 2600 ( NON K ) and as far as I know, this is the only way to OC it. I can raise the clock by 8 (bins?) which will give me (I think) 800 Mhz more....
