i need to make a purchase by june 2nd....i want to know that will the 4790k be available till then or not?? and if not then which processor should i get 4770k or 4790??

Exactly.
The i7-4790 is probably 100MHz faster than the i7-4770 so no big difference there.

The i7-4790K should overclock higher than the i7-4770K (probably up to 300MHz faster).

We also don't know how you're using this and your budget for other computer parts. An i5-4670K might make more sense to you (and Z87/Z97 motherboard that supports overclocking like the Asus Z87 Gryphon which has a 5-year Warranty. I just bought it).

The i7-4770K is up to 30% faster than the i5-4670K but can cost up to $100 more and the performance is mostly only realized when converting video.

Well with i7-4790k it's bit of mystery.
There is expectation that they intel will announce launch of i7-4790k at 2nd June on computex, but there is also speculation that it will be paper launch and it will ship to stores around start of september.
Either way even if it would be real launch at 2nd june, I don't see it real to have it shipped in stores by that time unless they are already sending them right now.

I'm also waiting for that CPU with it's rumored 4.1GHz it got advantage even if you do not want to OC actually exactly when you do not want to OC it's best as it give you 500MHz extra over non-oc i7-4790.

So if you can wait until intel announce it probably on that 2nd june (if they do it at all) and decide after.
To matter of other CPUs as previous post stated. If you do not plan to OC get 4790 if you want OC get 4770k.
If you can wait 4790k is obvious winner.
