I need help with a gaming pc (CPU) under 35k with intel chipset, nvidia graphic card for games like watchdogs, the division.

Solution
Also you said you want to use a Intel 8 Core processor and a nVidia graphics card. Probably you dont know everything about computers but let me explain.

The good and cheap 8 core processors are from AMD and they are the 83xx series. Its doing the same work as an i5 4670k/4770k but since the Intel processors always have better single core score "they are better". I am working on an 8 core AMD build and its doing all the things incredible, no lag, runs the newest games in ultra and etc. It costs me only 1100$ instead of getting an 1500$ with an 4770k and a 760 Nvidia graphics card. Plot twist : Both AMD and Intel are good in their own way.

The nVidia graphics card are known as "the best", because they have "more stable" drivers. Well...

which graphic card would be good? I was asking that. and similarly other things which would come under 35k INR. I have a dell inspiron 15Z but i guess it wont be enough for watch dogs.

The nVidia graphics card are known as "the best", because they have "more stable" drivers. Well AMD had problems with drivers only on the 79xx/78xx series and when crossfireing them. I havent still had any problems with drivers, noises and etc. My PC is quite and perfect. You can get either nVidia card or AMD card. Some games are nVidia optimized, some games are AMD/ATI optimized.

You have 600$ dollars. Thats not much, but its probably enough.

If you want to go with an Intel build, you will have to do it with an i3 dual core processor with a 750ti/750 nVidia graphics card ( which is extremly overpriced, so you better go with the 270/260x from AMD and get the same or even more performance for the same or lower price.)

CPU: Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz Dual-Core Processor ($119.97 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock H81M-ITX Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard ($65.38 @ Newegg)
Memory: Kingston Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($68.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($56.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Superclocked Video Card ($129.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Cooler Master Elite 130 Mini ITX Tower Case ($41.99 @ Mwave)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $583.28

Well, i did it good with this Intel/nVidia one, but most of the games use more than 2 cores but the multithreading in i3 may do it fine, but if possible upgrade to an 4690k when its released at the future. You may order the rest of the components now ( also you should know that its pretty hard to work in a mITX case so be careful ) and save some for the new CPU.

But if you want more cores ( 6 ) and can accept if it is an AMD build than i would probably go with this one :

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($109.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Kingston Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($68.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($56.98 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 270X 2GB PCS+ Video Card ($159.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case ($39.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($26.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $602.91

This one is probably going to outbenchmark the intel build in BF4.

Well, its all your choice but if you ask me i would probably go with the second build.

Have fun when building your PC. Hopefully i helped.

@Yoann Teodosieff - Thanks a lot. Its very helpful. But recently I read that people who have amd graphic cards are having more problem in running watch dogs. So with the 2nd configuration can i play Watch Dogs in high settings?

Are you even checking the components? Do you have XFX PSUs in India? Did you read my guide?

Taxes will still apply unless you are shipping everything as a gift and you will have problems claiming warranty

But then can u suggest a config? I want to play the next gen games like watch dogs and all. Right now i have a dell inspiron 5523 ultrabook which i think is not enough.

That's about USD 590 and you can probably get a budget gaming rig for that price. Assuming component prices in India is anything like component prices here in the US. Here in the US I'd look on a site like newegg.com and from time to time they even offer complete machines that are decent budged gaming machines at that price point.

Here is a configuration I gave to someone asking about a month ago. This may help you to get started.

Thanks a lot I'll look into it. Though i'll probably go for i5 processor and 2 gb graphic card so that i dont have to upgrade it for a long time. Thanks..
