Hello,
I'm going to make a PC for Gaming but also Graphics Design and I wondered if Socket 2011 motherboards are good for gaming but also overclocking? Please can someone help me.

Thank you!

Hi there,
The LGA 2011 sockets can overclock and there shouldn't be any worries there.
But, if this is a new build then you may want to think about looking into the Z87 and Z97 Chipsets for LGA 1150.
This is the most modern socket and allows for you to insert some of the most modern CPU's.
The difference between the Z87 and Z97 is that the Z97 will allow you to insert the new broadwell CPU's when they come out later this year.
Allowing the pc to be upgraded later in life.
Hope this helps!
