Ethernet cable help

So i have my pc which doesnt have any wireless capabilitys and all the pci slots are used but i still need ethernet and i cant use the ethernet cable straight from the router.. here is a picture: http://gyazo.com/5e1bf2bd217c71b24eac23393b727bfe
By the way i have a second router, so can i connect the 2nd router to the first router wirelessly and let the 2nd router put out ethernet aigan?

You can get a USB wifi adapter.

i did that already but i get 1mb down and 0.8 up due to the distance.. my normal ethernet speed is around 30mb down and 5up

What is the distance? What kind did you try?

You need one with a high gain antenna.

I do not think you can use a extra router as a way point.

I do not know the distance but you should do some research on the high gain antennas. A friend of mine even built his own out of a coffee can and it could get full speed for 500ft and through a wall.

Well i fixed this by bridging 2 routers with eightother thru dd wrt :)  working fine now
