I bought a chassis fan for my pc and ive got it connected to my motherboard, however it is canstantly on max rpm and doesnt slow down even though the motherboard softwware says its at 33 degrees, ive tried speed fan and it doesnt slow it down, is there anything else i can do? Thanks in advance

What motherboard do you have? Most better boards will have settings for the chassis fan in the BIOS.

If setting up a fan profile or changing the fan speeds within the bios does not work
you can buy a 7v or 5v fan speed reducer , a fan cable that has a resistor in it to lower the voltage from 12V flat out to 7V or 5V
