Yes. It has a PCIe x16 2.0 slot. The card is PCIe x16 3.0, but that isn't an issue as they are backwards compatible and the performance drop is minimal.

Thanks for the fast reply, forgot to mention the model it is H55M-P31.
My PSU is able to handle it ~600W
