can the nvidia gtx 660 work on my mobo?

It appears to have a PCIe x16 slot ( most do these days ). As long as you have enough PSU for the card, you should be fine.

My PSU is able to handle it ~600W

My PSU is able to handle it ~600W


Yes. It has a PCIe x16 2.0 slot. The card is PCIe x16 3.0, but that isn't an issue as they are backwards compatible and the performance drop is minimal.
