Hi, my PC shuts off when I am playing Drakensang game.

PC specs are:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Core Q9450 2.66GHz (OCed in the past to 3.42GHz with Thermalright Silver Arrow)
CPU Cooler: Arctic Cooling Alpine 11 GT REV.2
MB: Asus P5Q3 Deluxe
RAM: OCZ 4GB (4X1GB) 1333MHZ Reaper HPC Edition
GPU: Asus GT240 1GB DDR3
HDD: OCZ Vertex 3 SATAIII 60GB
PSU: OCZ Stealth XStream 500W

I played Titan Quest, Torchlight II, Diablo III, The Sims 3 in this system before Drakensang without a problem.
I put new thermal paste Arctic Silver 5 yesterday. I also checked the temps and seems ok.
I installed MSI Afterburner and HWiNFO64, max temps in the games were CPU:55C / GPU:60C

Hi. Is the computer Shutting off or just exiting the game and going back to the Desktop?

let's start from simple things

1) check if you have reconnected the cpu fan power cable (i know its ridiculous but i have forgotten it 2-3 times too at installing new heatsinks)
2) also check and try to bounce the whole heatsink, perhaps you didn't screw it back properly.
3) download and install http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php (speedfan) and check the initial temps before gaming in GPU CPU and CHIPSET. play for abit , close the game, or alt tab and check max temps.

that's all for now.

if all things are ok then its something very strange and the next thing i would do is use another power supply. Wouldnt hurt to check if all fans are working properly too.

1 & 2: I triplechecked yesterday and all are ok.
3: I think there is no reason, I did the same with MSI Afterburner and HWiNFO64.
