Hi guys, I'm trying to piece together a micro-atx build that I can use for everyday usage, I really wanted the Bitfenix Colossus M case, however, is there anything else that I have to change from the build?? And like the title has said, my budget is actually pretty tight, only around 550 dollars. Trying to go intel cause I'm going for a hackintosh. Thanks a lot :D

Here is a AMD based setup that will be just as fast or faster. The onboard APU on the A10 is a match for the 250X as long as you use high speed memory (and it is in the list). You also have a the ability to overclock both the CPU and GPU portion of this chip. I've included a nice cooler. Face the exhaust of that cooler towards the rear of the case and the hot air will get sucked right out. You will have an open PCI-E slot open and later can either add a 250X for dual graphics or simply get a high line card to run independently. You also will have 4 cores instead of 2 cores, which works better in some of the newer games.

Well, sorry for not really explaining, I do some gaming, like League of Legends, not really any photoshop. But I surf the internet a lot also.

That is a neat build, but however, does AMD even support hackintosh? I've heard that Intel systems are better for hackintosh but thanks :D

the build above is similar...... not going to get much cheaper. not sure if he mention an operating system or not in the build... but add another to any build that doesn't have one........ unless you do. there are builds on this site somewhere too.

edit.......... also the use of an apu negates the need for the expense of a graphics card right away. maybe what you do the apu will be enough?
