suggestions for a new graphic card (pc)

Hello! everyone I have a pc (Dell Inspiron 580s) with display of 1366 X 768 @60 HZ which I bought in 2010(PC). I am a young lad in this line and I need help for buying a new graphic card. My budget is about 90$, my motherboard model no. is 0C2KJT. My computer has a ram of 4GB ddr3 but going to make it 8 GB for gaming. I am a casual gamer but want to play some games like watchdogs and metro last light. Can you suggest me some graphic cards compatible to my pc?

The new Nvidia GT 740 is right on the money at $90, or you could go a generation back and pick up a GT 640 for ~$15 less.

From AMD there's the R7 250, or the R7 250x. All would do for 1366 X 768

However, that 250 watt power supply is problematical. Even the 640 requires a 350 watt supply.
