The storm stryker can give you many options for rad space. 280 or 240mm on top. A 120mm or 140mm on rear.. Or a 240 in the front or bottom.. Possibly a 360mm on the front if you sacrifice all of your drive bays. I have a 120mm on rear. 280mm on top and a 240mm on the front. Plus I think it looks very sharp!
corsair makes some good cases, the 900d is most popularly used for water cooling, then they also have the air series, those could do water cooling really well

You can fit multiple quad/480mm radiators in them. They are the best around in my opinion.
