Hello, is this a good build?

Fractal Design Define R4
Intel Core i5 4670K
Corsair CS550M
MSI Z97-G45 Gaming
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
G.Skill Sniper Series (2x4Gb) 8GB 1866MHz
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
MSI GTX 770 Gaming 2GB

Should I go with a 550W PSU or a 650W PSU for this build?
Should I buy a Z87 or a Z97 MOBO?

Yes it's a good build. Go with the Z97 as it will be more futureproof. I would go with a 620-650w psu since you want to overclock.
