gtx 760 on 450w ?

Processor : i5 4570
Ram : 8gb ripjaws
Hdd : Samsung 320gb 5400(maybe)
Mobo : Asus h81
Psu : Corsair vs450 http://www.corsair.com/en/vs-seriestm-vs450-450-watt-po...
planning to buy gtx 760,if i do that will my psu part ways with me:??: 
have budget for only gtx 760:fou:

The minimum recommended PSU is 500W, you should be ok with your current PSU it has enough amps on the +12v rail, but I would not recommend trying to overclock your GPU unless you get a better PSU.

Some rough math puts your system around +/- 350W with the 760

but rest of my pc only consumes 120-140w and gtx 760 uses 170-200 max.
since i don't have any money for psu i was thinking gtx 760 will fit into my system .how much wattage it will took if i overclock it ?
