Computer makes a buzzing noise all the time - Hard Drive

The noise is coming from the area around the hard drives. When i unplug the power from one, the noise stops. I figured that this drive was failing so i replaced it, but the new drive does the same thing. The buzzing is continuous, it never stops while my computer is on.

I guess it's coil whining. Since the sata cable is the only thing connected to the HDD, that must be the problem. If u have a second sata cable try using that one to see if it gets fixed
