i agree with suztera... going from one a6 to another isn't going to give you a noticeably better performance. going from a dual cored a6 to a quad cored a8 or a10 will.
Personally, i'd do this...
Buy an Athlon II x4 750k/760k - it's the same quad core that is in all a8-a10 apus; then get a graphics card like a r7-250x/hd 7770... you'll get beter performance out of that combo then you will with a top of the line richland or kaveri a10, for about the same price ($160)
