As far as I know, Pro Tools gives me the feeling of incompatibility with AMD processors. Intel processors are very expensive and I need a processor that has a lot of power and is cheap at the same time. On the other side, there's a chance of incompatibility. And if there's a better budget PC than the one I have already decided please let me know in the comments.

CASE SUPERCASE PC-389 450W PSU BLACK
CPU AMD A6 6400K 3.90GHZ BOX
MOBO GIGABYTE GA-F2A88X-D3H RETAIL
RAM KINGSTON KVR1333D3N9/8G DDR3 8GB PC3-10666 1333MHZ VALUE RAM
HDD WESTERN DIGITAL WD10EZEX 1TB CAVIAR BLUE SATA3
DVD DRIVE LG GH24NSB0 SUPER MULTI DVD-REWRITER SATA BLACK

PSU is pre-installed with the case.

what power supply did you get......... don't say 450 watt...... means nothing..... does it come with the case?

with an APU you want 1866 or 2133 ram ( a pair ).

WAIT.... missed that........... PS's that come with cases are garbage.................. got some kind of budget to work with?

All looks good, but I would recommend installing the OS on a SSD to improve boot time and program load up time and then using your western digital hard drive for storage.

I don't know, why should I need 1866mhz or 2133mhz ram instead of 1600mhz? If PSUs that come with the case are garbage, I have a PC whose case comes with a PSU and I work 6 years with it and no problems. I'll see what I can do..

Hi there,
A higher frequency ram will improve gaming performance and multitasking, your FPS will rise and it will operate smoother too.
Your motherboard supports up too DDR3 2400MHz.
1600MHz will do nicely but if you can a higher frequency ram may be worth it.
Hope this helps!
