i have a asus gtx 470 which i installed, and worked ok for about 30 mins. then my pc crashed and shut down when my son played a game via "Steam". now it will not start up at all, no power at all? thing is, at first install the psu was only 400w and the req min for gpu was 550w. now, i updated the psu to an 850w, yet i still get no pwer at start with the gtx470, but the original gpu(hd3870) works fine. system is a AMD phenom x3 8650 2.3, gigabyte GA MA770 mobo, 3gig ram, W7 32bit.
