I need to replace my computer and I think I am going to build one. The processor, and gpu are parts that I do NOT want to be downgraded.

Anything else is fair game. Also, I dont want the cheapest parts, im looking for the best parts for the cheapest price. If this could be dropped to about $800 USd, that would be great! :)
