my computer keeps rebooting

i downloaded jzip for sims 3 cc and a lode screen came up and it shut down for months and I gave up and tried to fix it and now it keeps rebooting won't even come up

The download was probably a coincidence.. no software that I now of can cause a computer to keep rebooting in a few seconds loop(?).. if that's what you mean by "come up". The only reason I know can cause that is CPU overheating.. they can overheat in just seconds if the cooler is not doing the job.
