Most likely its a bad HDD as it doesn't seem to be recognized. You could try reseating the cables and see if that helps. Raid 0 has no redundancy so where you lost 1 drive the raid is failed and isn't going to boot and any data that wasn't backed up just became expensive to recover.

You only have to spend money if what was on there is irreplaceable, the only copy, and you really, really want/need it.

To me, it looks like one of the drives has died. And with a RAID 0...poof. The whole thing is generally gone.

Then you shouldn't keep important data on a raid 0 array without a good backup solution. If you can get the drive recognized and the array still shows failed you might be able to use a program like raid reconstructor to recover data, but if the drive has completely failed data recovery would require sending all 4 drives to a data recovery facility which tends to get expensive.
