I live in a rural area. ( just moved ) and I have a. Gaming PC that I just did my monthly reset on. So that means I have to download ALOT. Ex. Updates. Games. Applications etc. but I. Only have roughly 6 gb of bandwidth a month. Will that be enought so my parents won't kill me if I go passed? Will I still have enough for gaming NOT STREAMINg strictly online and skype?

monthly reset? why do that?. windows works fine if you keep your registry in order and defrag regularly.
also your key will be made invalid if you install to often. as for the 6 gig limit you will easily hit that after the 1.2gig of windows updates and what ever apps you decide to download.

Monthly 'reset'? Why would you do that?
As far as monthly bandwidth? My usage (just on this PC) is 147GB downloaded, and 6GB uploaded. 152.67 combined. Last month, 80GB combined.
If you feel the need for a 'monthly reset' (why would you do this?)...build your PC as needed. Create an image of the drive. Once a month, restore that image (wiping out anything you did in the last month).
