Need help with finding the best power supply and RAM

Hey guy's i'm new here. Need help for my built.
I plan on building a gaming rig. with the following specifications and the problem is i don't know how much power supply do i require for this system as i plan on doing a little bit of overclocking.
Also need to know the best RAM for the rig.
Mobo- ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z
Processor- AMD Fx 8350 4.0Ghz
cabinet- corsair graphite white 600T
RAM-corsair vengence 1600Mhz 8gb or gskill 1600Mhz 8gb
PSU- ?
GPU-nvidia gtx 770 2gb
HDD- 2Tb WD 7200 rpm
SSD- 128gb samsung EVO
Cooling system- Corsair H100i

...this one should also do http://www.newegg.com/global/uk/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151088 ...its £10 more expensive but its Seasonic (Corsair psu's are basically seasonic rebrands but i think Seasonic would provide with a better warranty depending on what country you're in)
