Experiencing semblance of Black Screen Crash

Hi, I have recently experienced this nagging issue when I am a)either playing games(Dota 2, was fine in the lobby, but the moment I loaded a game inside, it happened) or b)running a flash player online(Twitch stream) with other programs or c)a multitude of basically harmless looking programs(it happened when I had JDownloader,IE7, Firefox,Steam on),d)it happened once when I plugged in my iphone 5 USB cable to charge via the front USB port and I dare not try it again, and my computer will get a black screen, with a sleep mode-like status.

It seems like a crash to me, as what appears is black screen, and there's nothing I can do to restore it, NOT EVEN holding the power button for 10secs or more. The ONLY way to proceed was to off the power supply, and re-on the computer, and everything runs normal again.

Steps I have taken to resolve this, but to no avail:
-Went to the local computer shop, the technician inspected my CPU, discovered my Gfx card's fan was not turning, so I replaced it with a fresh Gfx card, and the problem still persists
-Plugging in various USB devices in the front USB port didn't cause any problems(controller, portable hard drives)
-I have 2x2GB memory sticks, and use them in a 2 memory slot mother board. I have tried alternately using just 1 memory stick in either slots, and I crash on BOTH slots, and the memory stick is tested fine as well.
I have downloaded both GPU-Z and Everest to monitor my temperatures, but the GPU hardly exceeds 40degrees Celsius inside my game(Dota 2)

What else can I do here, as this is just frustrating, I can't even risk having 3 or 4 different programs on at once, that I never would've dreamed would cause me even the slightest of problems.

Update 1: I have changed a fresh PSU to solve this issue, and I can confirm that I am still crashing.

These are the fan speeds & temperatures when I'm not running anything at all.

Okay, I have just tried twice to run prime95. And guess what, I get into that crashing situation after 2 seconds on both occasions. I'm starting to feel this seems a little like a sleep mode of sorts to me. Sleep mode/Hibernation, that you just can't do anything to move on from. Not wanting to complicate matters, I really have no technical expertise on this, so I don't wish to assume too much. Please help....

Sounds like a processor/mobo problem. Have you tried clearing CMOS? At this point it sounds like your only option. Turn your PC off, Take the little watch-sized battery out of your mobo for 30 seconds or so, put it back in, turn your PC back on. It should ask if you want to load defaults or something like that, press yes if needed. Then run prime95 and see if its back to normal. With all the hardware changes, your mobo needs to be reset to keep the settings optimized for the hardware you put onto the mobo. Try that and get back to me. I hope it works! :)
