Hello community!

Here is my build so far http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/fVzqhM
I would love some feedback!

Here is some information:

I'm from Canada.
I'm not interested in overclocking since I have never overclock before and I have heard it will not improve gaming significantly. (Would like some feedback if I should invest time learning how to o/c.)
Interested in playing and streaming mainly League of Legends, some Diablo3 and Starcraft2.
Want to dual monitor (1080p maybe higher).
One monitor is for the game itself, the other for stream options, playlist etc.
I do not need a hard drive for storage.
Budget is $1400.

Thank you for your time!

Wouldn't give you the same performance as an i7 CPU. Although it's really equal to it and slightly better than the i5 at stock. But for what you want to do(Gaming + Streaming) it is a really good option and you wouldn't notice that much of a difference between an i7 and a Xeon, not with current games and specially with the ones you're intending to play; plus it also has HyperThreading and it's significantly cheaper than the i7. So yes, I was going to recommend you that one as well.

Here is a good MoBo for such a CPU

Build is nice but to stream I recommend an i7 and 16gb of ram. People say 8 is more than enough but when I switched to 16gb my fps didn't jump as much when streaming. Also just so you know when running multi monitor your fps are lower

Hello, the build is more than enough for any of those games. Yet, as mentioned before, the i5 won't cut to the point where you do plan to dual monitor due streaming.

My advice is simple, move for any i7. Recommending the 4470k (even if you don't OC now, you might wanna do it later, so it's always good to have an unlocked version, for those games doesn't matter if you lose some other benefits that the locked versions do give you nor for any current game out in the matter). The HyperThreading that you're given by the i7 and i5 can't offer is a must for streaming, means one thread can run double tasks. So you will basically run both Game/Stream without FPS loss.

As said before the 16GB are recommended for a constant FPS without major drops, will backup your CPU whnever it's needed.
