Hi,
I want to build a new PC over the summer and wanted to know how it is. I want to use it for modern games, such as Titanfall, Skyrim, and Dark Souls 2 with decent graphics and a good fps rate, schoolwork, some video editing, and programs such as CryEngine. If there is anything that you can recommend for same/lower price that is better, feel free to let me know! Please let everything you state be available on Amazon as that is where I will be buying me parts. If needed, budget is $1300, but can go a little over budget. Some questions I have are:

1. How much faster is the overclock speed than regular?
2. If I buy the superclocked version of my GPU, along with my CPU, how much faster will it be?
3. Is my PSU good? If not, then what is better for the same price?

I would reccomend to get a stronger video card. A 750 ti is decent but will struggle in games at 1080p like titan fall etc, For the most part the build looks pretty good though, I would say if you want to save some money stick with a i5-4570 microcenter has them store pickup only for 139.99 but I have had no issues with getting best buy to match them for me. Since you are building a mid range pc I see no reason for a motherboard that expensive since it is un needed.
