my new build randomly restarts

Hello all - I have an issue with my built PC that I am hoping someone can help me with...
I was given a used dell desktop computer which I believe to be several years old. I've always wanted a gaming PC, so I began to build it.

I've installed these brand new components:
PSU - SeaSonic M12II 750 SS-750AM2 750W ATX12V / EPS12V 80 plus bronze
GPU - Gigabyte AMD Radeon R9 270X
HDD - Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 7200rpm SATA II (WD1001FALS)
RAM - PNY - 8GB PC3-12800 DDR3 1600 MHz (one stick)

Components I have not replaced:
MOBO - microATX DH67BL (here is a link to the mobo product guide http://downloadmirror.intel.com/19487/eng/DH67BL_ProductGuide01_English.pdf)
CPU - intel quad core i5 2500

So my issue is this: the computer will randomly restart, without warning, giving no blue screen or nothing. It just shuts down and then turns back on. Originally when it started doing this, I thought the PSU was going bad (I had a Rosewill 600W in there), so I bought the Seasonic, but it didn't fix the problem. I've changed the instructions in the BIOS so the computer would NOT restart upon power failure, but it still does... and no blue screen.
I check the event log and this is what I find:
Critical failure - "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." Source: Kernel-Power, Event ID: 41

I have no idea what is going on with it. This happens while browsing the internet or while playing Titanfall. It happened twice this morning, the second occurrence within 10 minutes of the first.

My roommate is convinced the motherboard cannot handle all the equipment I have installed... But I was under the impression that if you can plug it in to the motherboard, it should work fine.

Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated. Thank you so much.

No, I don't overclock the CPU. There's a small fan in the back, one in the front, 3 on the graphics card, and the one attached directly to the processor. After gaming for a bit, I've checked my temps using hpmonitor, and they never seemed like they were very high at all. I think the CPU may have gotten up to 57C or so and the GPU always looked to be around 30 - 40 degrees. But, I've never done any "real time" monitoring while playing Titanfall.

I lean toward it not being a heating problem bc it will restart while i'm just poking around online or something, and not pushing it at all... Its so frustrating.

When you're just browsing the internet, have you noticed if this happens when you're streaming an online video (youtube, dailymotion etc), or does it happen even if you're on wikipedia for example?

Well no... This morning I was trying to research this very problem and had just a couple of web pages open (no videos running) and then it died. No weirdness or warnings of any kind.

What else is strange is that I played Titanfall for about 2 hours last night without a single issue. The game runs beautifully at 60fps and looks amazing.

Well I think I solved the problem, now. I plugged the computer into a different receptacle and havent had a reboot in 2 days. How would the plug make a difference? The computer is in my bedroom and all the plugs should be on the same branch, right? Strange.
