I just bought a Sapphire tri-x R9290x to replace my HD 7870. My PC will not boot when the power is connected. When I disconnect the power it will boot and fans on GPU run. I have a Corsair TX750 80+ Bronze. My old card is back in and running fine. Im guessing a bad GPU.
