I need help trying to figure out why my computer won't start up normally. What I have done is take out my Radeon HD5970 Black series card for a problem I have with it being that it keeps making a really annoying sound with the fan (it still happens but is somewhat quieter), and when I took it out I tried to take it apart to see if I could stop the fan from making that noise since all its doing is hitting something in it. So I tried to take it apart and gave up on it since it was too much trouble and when I put it back into my computer it wont even load saying that, I don't have a visual disk, and when I try the windows system repair it cant find the problem and and I didn't have any backups, along with it also stating that the startuprepairoffline, Since I don't have any backups I would like to try and keep all of my files and not reinstall Windows. Please help me its starting to get on my nerves.
