Cheap windows 8, Or scam website?

Hey everyone I was looking into buying windows 8 and found this website Removed to prevent traffic - SS. Is this a scam? i just got done building my new pc and had to put Arch Linux on it because i lost my windows xp box in the move... I really want windows to test out my new hardware on some game other than portal :p. Also $120 is allot of money for me right now 49.99 is so tempting D:. What do you think scam or legit?

Totally agree. Seriously, I wouldn't give them my money even if I didn't care about the legal aspect. I'd be too afraid the thing wouldn't work.

Thank's man i'm glad i didn't buy that its too bad i really don't want to wait for the cd to come from amazon :\
