This is the thing, I have this desktop computer which has been upgraded to Win 8.1 recently (around a month ago) and now suddenly reboots without any BSOD but the problem comes from further back.
First I had Win7 with a old cpu which was from 2007, upgraded the Motherboard+Ram, Processor but I run out of budget to buy anything else (including video card and a bigger power source), I sticked around with this until april because the computer started to randomly reboot, I blamed the power source and replaced it right away then i upgraded my OS to Win 8.1. During this time I had two BSOD (SYSTEM_SCAN_AT_RAISED_IRQL_CAUGHT_IMPROPER_DRIVER_UNLOAD & CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED) the first one seemed to go resolved updating my BIOS firmware but the second one couldn't find any reason for it and left it there. Now, a few days ago the computer started to reboot but without any message, I tried checking my ram but it's totally fine, my security center told me to install my chipset driver and i did it but the problem persist, the reboot can happen at any time, even if i'm at the startup it reboots again, I'm missing a driver, the apci (ACPI\INT33A0\0) related one and i'm trying to resolve that issue while I'm writing this post.

In where should I look now?

My specs:
Processor: Intel Pentium CPU G2030 @ 3.00GHz
(There's no video card I use the Intel Graphics)
CPU/Microcode: 306a9/15
Ram: Kingston DDR3 PC3-10600 1333MHz (4GB)
Motherboard: MSI® M/B Intel H61M-P20 G3 A/L/V (1155)
Samsung HD161H (160.0 GB)
Windows 8.1

You need to post your whole build, not just part of it.

What cpu temps are you getting?

Go through all the devices in Device Manager and check they're working. Check that their drivers are up to date.

Run Checkdisk

Run an anti virus scan.

My CPU temperature are 21ºC to 27ºC (70ºF - 77ºF)
My HD seems to be fine according to chkdsk
The only missing driver it's the apci one, the rest are all updated.
The scan doesn't show any threats.

Can you fix the missing driver?

What power supply?

What video card?

I'm not sure where i can find the missing driver, most of the sites provides me with it but just for other brands rather than i need, so yeah i can't fix the missing driver
I just bought a microlab of 650w power source, the last one was 300w
I'm currently running all with the Intel Pentium Processor graphics (Intel® Pentium® Processor G2030
(3M Cache, 3.00 GHz) 650Mhz), fully updated drivers.

Go through Tom's checklist - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-ste...

If that doesn't work, we need to swap out bits

Did you run an anti-virus scan?

Took the whole afternoon checking it but at least I know it's all correctly connected like the guide says, I tried using the paperclip trick and the systems remains fine.
I ran one and I did it again and it seems fine also.

I'm still interested in that power supply.

Can you download and run HWInfo - Sensors and tell me what readings you're getting for 12v, 5v and 3.3v?

+5V = Current: 5.087V, Minimum: 5.045V, Maximum: 5.129V, Average: 5.091
+12V = 12.232V, 12.232V, 12.248V, 12.382V
+3.3V = 3.344V, 3.328V, 3.264V, 3.260V.
PD: even in safe mode doesn't remain idle, i noticed that there's times
where the computer can stay idle even if i'm playing/browsing but then reboots and enters in almost
a loop of entering to the login screen and rebooting

OK - the power supply is OK. Not great but OK. They should be within 0.2v of their target value.

Can you do a bios/cmos reset?

Can you post your DUMP file - in c:\ ?

Done but didn't male any changes, the system keeps rebooting.
If i manage to run windows at this rate i'll try but i'm not sure how to properly post a dump file here.

Remove the hard drive, put it in another pc and do the updates?

Maybe also do a Checkdisk on it too.

Maybe even a Windows re-install.

I added a new HD, did a windows install with all and updates on it and still reboots just like before.
I started thinking of some electric issue but then all my other electrodomestic wouldn't work so I'm stuck here.

Can you download and run Memtest? It'll run without you OS running.

If no success, probably time to swap out bits.
Your HDD should be OK per Checkdisk
Your ram per Memtest
Your psu per HWInfo
Try a graphics card swapout.
