Hello,
I just built my PC yesterday and I put in an AMD FX-8350 (4.0-4.2GHz) and I'm currently using the horribly loud stock cooler it came with. I noticed that when I play Skyrim (or any game) on max settings with my GTX 760, the CPU fan hits anywhere from 5000-5500 rpm under load, and my temps (according to SpeedFan) peak at about 65 degrees Celsius. I also read that the safe zone for my CPU is 60 degrees Celsius, and that anything above is BAD.
GPU temps stay below 55C.
So, I'm panicking. Would a Hyper 212 Evo help with this? I'm not going to overclock at all, and if I do anything, I might underclock to 3.8 GHz. Would the Hyper 212 Evo drop the temps down below 60C under load and still be quiet?
Sorry for the long explanation.
