Max overclock with these two radiators for an FX-8350

I am curious what you think would be the best overclock I could get with these rads on an ASUS Crosshair V Formula -Z with an FX-8350. Keep in mind I will have one or two 770's in this loop.

High 4's if you have a decent chip.

Well I was looking to get to 5GHz. I am assuming that is possible because my current all in one can hit 4.8GHz on the FX-8350.

Just out of curiosity, what is the max overclock that the CPU can do on water? Im just curious.

Because of the voltage needed and the heat it produces. 5.0 to 5.3 ish.
