How to stop Hay Day from glitching?

When I am gonna play Hay Day, whenever it loads 100%, it exits, glitches and I was back at my iPad menu. Please help me solve this. You know, I can't play this anymore. I hope you know the Hay Day game from the App Store. Hay Day is the only game that doesn't work anymore. Other games like Boom Beach, Clash of Clans and etc are really working. So....hope you will be able to help me....

Hi... just want to sharing my experience, i used to play that games too. When i face that problem, first thing i do is check my storage, wether its full or not. If its full, i try to uninstall any app that i don't need it too much, so i can free some memory. Second, check my device background service, too much running program or not. I used application that can help me to clean up system or app cache (u can do it manually too). Third, check latest update of the game.

And the last things, i try to turn on the airplane mode, restart my device, then turn off the airplane mode. Hope this can help you.
