USB 3.0 not working even after installing drivers

I have a GIGABYTE Z68XP-UD3

I have two usb 3.0 ports on the board. I've gone to GIGABYTES website and downloaded Etron 3.0 drivers and installed them x4

I've gone to device manager and everything is up to date and working no red flags.

What should i do i contacted GIGABYTE support but who knows how long that will take.

I actually had checked that before as well.
I just rechecked and their still enabled.
Is there anything else i can do?
Do those ports have their own seperate power lines maybe somethings not hooked up?
