My laptop (Clevo 370ET) doesn't have any internet connection after i reinstalled windows. I have to use an external wireless adapter in order to connect to the internet. It's getting really annoying and I can't find any types of drivers to be able to connect to the internet wirelessly without this stupid usb stick sticking out of my laptop

I already did all that. There are a few other choices in the Device Manager. When I remove the external Wireless internet usb, there are no connections. The other devices in Network adapters are Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network), Bluetooth Device(RFCOMM Protocol TDI), and Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller.
