RAM confusion - Box says 1866Mhz, CPU-z says 1600

Did you select the XMP profile in the BIOS? RAM that is faster than 1600 MHz defaults to a lower speed for compatibility reasons; you need to go into the BIOS and select one of the XMP profiles for the RAM.
Thanks guys, went to BIOS(UEFI) and chose 1866 frequency.
