Please suggest me if all is right, Otherwise advise me with if any cons of this system..

Solution
you can make some changes in your gaming rig like,
8GB ram instead of 4GB, I prefer Corsair Vengence 4GB x 2 @ 1600Mhz.
do not buy a ram less than 1600mhz, it will bottleneck your system.
you can buy a new R9 270x rather than GTX 660,
R9 270x is much better, if it goes over your budget then you can either go for HD 7870 which is also better than GTX 660 at almost same price.
and 650W psu will be overkill, also VS series is entry level psus
you can go for CX500 which will be a better choice for your rig.
and how about Cooler master K280 with dual usb3 ? or k281.
I would consider maybe getting an fx8320 over the 8350 if possible and putting that money into a 990fx board if budget allows.

I would also maybe consider getting a WD hard drive over the seagate if the price is the same for the same amount of space.

But in regards to functionality, it should be fine.

MSI AMD R9 270 is still better than GTX 660 but you'll get a MSI R9 270x by adding few bucks in your budget which is better than r9 270 and gtx 660 both,
and as calnin said,
You should get a FX-8320 rather than fx-8350 because 8350 is just a overclocked 8320,
you'll save your money there.

Thank you all for your great support. So i cange my
Config with the below changes..

Processor AMD 3.5 GHz AM3+ FX 8320 8 Core Piledriver Processor
Motherboard ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer Motherboard
GPU Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 270X with Boost OC 2 GB
HDD WD Caviar Green 1 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive
PSU Corsair SMPS CX500 500 Watts PSU

Will i have to change any other thing like SSD or RAM ?

I'd probably change the PSU to a 550w bronze rating if its around the same price range. Maybe by XFX or Antec or maybe a 600w Corsair. But that's just a minor thing with my preference. This you can ignore if you want. I think you should be fine with a 500w.
