8350 cooling help needed

Just got an Fx-8350, stock cooler sounds like a 747 and does nothing for temps. Idle is at 32°C, and under load it hits 64-67°C. Will the Hyper 212 EVO fix this? Hoping to get at least 50-55°C under load when gaming, and I'm turning turbo boost off, not over clocking at all.

As long as the temp/fan control of your mobo works, the cpu will always hit the max specified temp of 67°C before the fan goes up to 100%. That's how temp/fan control works and that's not a problem at all. But the 212 will lower the noise associated with it significantly.
