I have more money, but I refuse to spend it as I need to buy a 1080p monitor and peripherals. Just post the build that will give me the most performance for my price point. ONLY USE CCL AND SCAN AS THE MERCHANTS. I don't need hard drives or an OS (I have 2x500GB drives) but please take into account that those two drives will consume an extra 40W of power. Future proof would be nice and I will be recording for YouTube and doing MILD editing, as my friend will be editing for the most part. Do not include monitor, mouse or keyboard. Just the tower with no storage, I don't care much for an SSD.

16Gb would be better of course but 8Gb might be enough. You could go and buy 8GB ram single module and get another later on. :http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/kingston-memory-khx16c9...

I'm unsure about amazon and dabs as I personally like to collect my parts in person and CCL and Scan are the only places nearby :/

Well if you prefer going in store here a revision of the list. I have been using amazon delivery and they are great but I do live in London so your location may vary.

I'm not sure about Amazon, I live in Lancashire where is rains more often than not and I've heard horror stories of peoples motherboards being left out in the rain. It looks like a nice build to me though!
